Beijing News According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, from January to February 2024, my country's lithium-ion battery (hereinafter referred to as "lithium battery") industry continued to grow. According to the lithium battery industry standard announcement enterprise information and industry association estimates, January-February national lithium battery production of more than 117GWh, an increase of 15%.
Battery link, January-February storage lithium battery production of more than 17GWh. New energy vehicles with power-type lithium battery loading capacity of about 50GWh. From January to February, the total export volume of lithium batteries reached 61.94 billion yuan.
In the first-order materials link, the output of positive electrode materials reached 277000 tons, an increase of 4.5 percent over the same period last year; the output of negative electrode materials reached 230000 tons, an increase of 5.6 percent over the same period last year; the output of diaphragm reached 2.45 billion square meters, the same as the same period last year; and the output of electrolyte reached 135000 tons, an increase of 3.8 percent over the same period last year.
Second-order materials, battery-grade lithium carbonate, lithium hydroxide production of 75000 tons and 41000 tons, January-February battery-grade lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide (micro-powder grade) average price of 97000 yuan/ton and 92000 yuan/ton, respectively.
