The draft mentioned that enterprises should be guided to reduce manufacturing projects that simply expand production capacity, strengthen technological innovation, improve product quality, and reduce production costs. The energy density of energy type single cell using ternary material (lithium nickel cobalt manganate) is ≥ 230Wh/kg, and the energy density of battery pack is ≥ 165Wh/kg; The energy density of energy type single cell using other materials such as lithium iron phosphate is ≥ 165Wh/kg, and the energy density of battery pack is ≥ 120Wh/kg. Power type single battery power density ≥ 1500 W/kg, battery power density ≥ 1200 W/kg. Single battery cycle life ≥ 1500 times and capacity retention rate ≥ 80%, battery cycle life ≥ 1000 times and capacity retention rate ≥ 80%.
In addition, the draft also mentions that enterprises are encouraged to create green factories; enterprises are encouraged to build or participate in the joint construction of pilot platforms; the main products have patents for technological inventions; and the actual output of the previous year at the time of declaration is not less than 50% of the actual production capacity of the same year.
